Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in ensuring every order meets our quality standards.

• A full unboxing video is required for all claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached.

• Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection are not accepted. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

• If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, BVLO will offer a replacement or refund upon verification.

• All requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
